By completing the registration process, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. crikya takes its age verification obligations seriously and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
The crikya Platform is primarily intended for players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. crikya does not accept registrations from individuals located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of crikya, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to register as Players or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
To use the real-money features of the crikya Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
crikya reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and such verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate, alongside proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. crikya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
crikya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, or failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
crikya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). crikya does not accept cryptocurrency or any form of anonymous payment.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to Players in their Account settings. crikya reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within the same business day for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger amounts may require up to three business days. crikya will not process withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the corresponding deposit, except at its sole discretion following additional verification.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If crikya determines that a deposit originated from a third party, the deposit will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Note: crikya does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your provider before initiating a transaction.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by crikya are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the absence of specific terms, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
New Players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Exploitation of the welcome offer through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering will result in the bonus being voided and the Account being reviewed.
crikya actively monitors wagering patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotions, or collusion with other Players. Any Account found engaging in such activity will have its bonus funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
crikya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account, provided those bonuses were obtained in good faith and in compliance with the stated terms.
All sports bets placed on the crikya Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. Cricket betting covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. crikya reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets at any time due to technical issues, data feed disruptions, or irregular market movements. Bets placed on suspended markets will be void and stakes returned.
All casino games and slot titles available on the crikya Platform use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on crikya's servers, the server record shall prevail.
In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or incorrect price publication, crikya reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return the stakes to the Players involved. Wins generated as a direct result of a software error are not payable.

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. crikya accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.
crikya accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions you make.
crikya is not liable for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket), game studios, or data suppliers. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crikya's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
